This design was my experience after over a decade of holding everything in only to finally give in and find some catharsis in opening up about the state my life had fallen to. Mental health issues, drug abuse, a million lies and hiding away from all of it pretending it wasn't happening. I encourage you to open up and be vulnerable and watch what happens.
