A little down was a "company" I started when I was in a manic state in 2020. It was all based off a silly dad joke "I stopped to pet a duck in the park the other day. And felt a little down." I ran with that and made it my identity and when I did eventually come down from the dizzying highs of mania it gave me something to anchor myself onto. I want to rise awareness for mental health in all its forms. We do all feel a little down from time to time. Its not a competition. We all need to acknowledge when things in our lives are not as we wish they would be and accept that we feel unhappy about it. So yes We're all a little down. Hopefully this will make someone smile and see the recognition in others around them that we are all human with a world of emotions within us and that its ok to acknowledge and accept the ones that we would rather ignore.
